Anyone listing a property, room or sublet on Finda, or appearing in Move with Finda as a service provider, affiliate or sponsor.
You must have the right to advertise the property, and the price, availability, photos and fees must be accurate. Finda reviews listings and can pause or remove anything that is misleading, discriminatory or unavailable.
Commission, referral or sponsorship arrangements are set out in your agreement. Finda labels commercial placements to members — sponsored means sponsored, and an affiliate link is disclosed as one.
Enquiries and viewing requests are shared with you only for that enquiry. You may not add Finda members to marketing lists, resell their data, or contact them outside the enquiry.
Ontario residential tenancy law and the Human Rights Code apply. No bait listings, no deposits before a viewing, no discrimination in who you'll rent to.
Partner accounts accept the current version of these terms, and Finda records which version and when. Material changes require fresh acceptance before continuing to list.
